Story of princess Amy Part 2

The next morning came quickle to young Princess Amy as she was excited to see Prince Sonic and Sir Shadow again. Amy got out of bed. She yawned as she walked over to her dressing table to comb her quills. There was a knock at the door. Maid cream was standing there with a collection of soaps and liquids.
"Hello Miss Amy I am going to draw you a bath, would you like lavender salts, bubbles or mineral oil?" Cream said holding out the choice for Amy.
"Hello Miss Cream, ummm I will have bubbles and lavender salts today please and thank you." Amy said smiling back at the young rabbit maid.
Amy sighed dreamily as she observed the Red Rose painting abouve her bed. She couldn't believe that the hedgehog who painted it could be so...Dashing.

There was another knock at the door.
"Hello Miss Amy" The knight said.
"Hello Sir Shade, what do you need?" Amy said smiling back at the Wolf standing at the door. Shade the Wolf was her name. Despite being a female she only preferred being called Sir shade. Shade was a black Wolf with black curly quills with purple highlights and She had gorgeous blue eyes that made the sky seem nothing. Shade also had a scar going through her right eye which she obtained during a harsh battle to protect the kingdom against the invaders from SandRise Hills.
"The Royal Guard would like to have a word with you" Shade saying bowing. Shade was also another 1 of Amy's close friends. Shade would always take Amy out for horse riding lessons.
"Ok may I talk with him after my bath?" Amy said standing up from her stool. Shade nodded and walked off to the Royal Guard. Just as Shade left Cream came back in.
"Miss Amy your bath is ready now" Maid Cream said gesturing towards the bathroom.
Amy nodded, thanked cream and walked into her huge bathroom.

Amy sighed contently. She loved the feeling of the warm water engulfing her body in a warming trance. Amy listened the small popping sound of the bubbles in her ears. Amy started humming a tune of Swan lake. She loved listening to her Mother playing to it on the grand piano when she was little. But her mother was dead now. She took and arrow to protect her daughter when SandRise Hills attacked. Amy missed her mother. The way her Green eyes shined when she saw something that amazed her. The way she would sing a sweet lullaby to her when Amy was sleeping. Amy missed her so much. Amy got out the bath and dried herself. She dressed in a floor length magenta dress with crimson roses embroded along the hem line. This dress was made for her when she was 16 and had her annual ball for her Birthday. Amy loved the way thid dress flowed when she walked. It was one of her favourites. Amy brushed her quills and added a small red flower to them to finish the look. Amy slipped on her red ruby heels and walked down to the Guard quaters.

Amy walked through the big door into the quaters. The room was an old stone part of the castle. It had huge flags of the kingdoms mark all over the walls. There was a large table in the middle of the room obviosly for meetings. Inside the table was a huge birds eye view plan of the castle to show positions of the knights. Amy saw Shade and the Royal Guard talking about certain shifts. Amy walked over to the 2 knights.
"Ah Miss Amy, Might i say you look particularly syunning today" The Royal Guard said bowing. The Royal guard was a huge Squirell with hazel eyes and rosy cheeks.
"hehe Thank you Markus the Royal Guard" Amy said bowing back.
"Well Miss Amy as you know that you have visitors from Sunshine Grounds?"
"Yes i do" Amy said smiling.
"Well you see we are going to have to take precaution because Sunshine Grounds have a reputation of being somewhat sneaky. So the guards are going to be on patrol the whole visit. Is that ok? Markus said looking at Amy with a look that says 'Trust Me'. Amy nodded het head in approval. She was completly fine with the guards being there.

Amy walked back to her room. She brushed her quills once more. She remembered when she was little her mother told her she had to look presentable even when no one was around. She didn't understand this rule but yet she still obeyed it. Amy had  never broken any of the rules. She knew there would be severe consiquences. There were alot of rules a princess must learn like: Alway's be on time, Alway's be polite, Always look presentable, Always show respect, Don't sloach and a Princess can only Marry a man her Farther approves of. That was the rule Amy didn't like. What if she liked someone her farther didn't? That would devastate her. Amy was brought out of her thoughts when she heard the front door being knocked.
